FEMTC 2024 Call for Abstracts

Thunderhead Engineering is hosting the 7th Fire and Evacuation Modeling Technical Conference (FEMTC) on September 18-20, 2024 in Kansas City, MO USA. We have planned two and a half days of technical presentations on fire, smoke control, evacuation and crowd movement modeling.

FEMTC 2024 is a hybrid event and will have opportunities for attendance and presentation by both in-person and remote participants.

If you would like to submit an abstract, visit www.femtc.com/abstract to submit your proposal before April 29, 2024.

We will notify speakers of abstract acceptance on or before May 13, 2024. The final version deadline for the paper and presentation materials will be August 5, 2024.

Authors are invited to submit abstracts related to the topics of fire, smoke control, evacuation and crowd movement in the following focus areas:

Modeling Technology and Methodologies
Case Studies
Material Data and Testing
Validation and Verification of Models
